The Health Emergency Management Staff (HEMS) of Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital Gabriela Silang,in partnership with Provincial Health Office,ISDH Sta. Lucia,ISDH Cervantes,ISDH Tagudin and Ilocos Sur Medical Center conducted Basic Life Support and Basic Emergency Response training to the employees of ISDH Sta. Lucia and ISDH Tagudin.

Hospital staff can provide immediate effective care which strengthens the first critical links in the chain of survival and significantly improves patient outcomes and survival rates from cardiac arrest..

The Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital Gabriela Silang,in partnership with Rotary Club of Magsingal started the Kick Off Celebration of 18 Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women. The celebration started with a motorcade around Metro Vigan and a lecture series by Atty. Jett Pano.

Atty. Pano provides information on laws protecting women and girls. It also promotes awareness and strengthening of a prevention and response system on Violence Against Women.

The Health Emergency Management Staff (HEMS) of Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital,Provincial Health Office and Ilocos Sur District Hospital Magsingal conducted Basic Life Support and Basic Emergency Response Training for the personnel of ISDH Magsingal and RHU San Ildefonso.

Participants took part in comprehensive lectures and skills enhancement in life saving skills situation. This training will strengthened the disaster preparedness of the personnel of ISDH Magsingal and RHU San Ildefonso..

The Health Emergency Management Staff of ISPH Gabriela Silang,in collaboration with Provincial Health Office and ISDH Magsingal conducted Basic Life Support and Standard First Aid Training for the employees of LGU Magsingal, ISDH Magsingal and Bureau of Fire Protection Magsingal.

This training provides immediate care for injuries and medical conditions until help arrives. Participants wil equipped to act in emergencies, improving survival rates and outcomes.

The Health Emergency Management Staff of Ilocos Sur conducted Basic Life Support and Basic Emergency Response Training at Ilocos Sur Medical Center, Candon City.

Providing the basic will give the employees of ISMC the knowledge,skills and confidence to respond effectively in life threatening emergencies,providing care that can sustain life until medical help arrives.
