We’re excited to welcome Teacher Mary Ellen for our heated weekend classes.
🔥Hot Core
A focused, heat-based practice combining Hot Power Yoga, Pilates, and HIIT. This class strengthens your core through controlled movements set to music, with optional light weights or resistance bands for added challenge & activation.
🔥Hot Strength
A high-energy heated class that blends Hot Power Yoga, Pilates, and HIIT. Expect dynamic sequencing set to upbeat music, with the option to use weights or resistance bands for extra challenge and targeted muscle engagement.
Please note: This Saturday’s 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM classes have been adjusted to 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM.
