A grievance is when something feels off, unfair, or disrespectful in your experience with a teacher, staff, or admin.

At CHCCI, we believe in talking it out before it blows up.

Here’s how you can do it:
Informal grievance – Talk it out. Communicate and fix things respectfully.
Formal grievance – Write it down and file it if things don’t get better.

You can raise a grievance if you’re a:
✅ Student or group of students vs. faculty member
✅ Student or group of students vs. non-teaching staff
✅ Student or group of students vs. administrator

👉 Proceed to the Office of Student Affairs and see the Director for proper guidance and action.

Dear Crossians,

The Supreme Student Council Officers (SSC) formally submitted a letter to the school President requesting authorization for students to wear civilian attire due to the high heat index. The letter submitted on April 8, 2025, detailed the rationale behind the request, citing the negative effects of the current uniform policy on student comfort and well-being during periods of extreme heat, while emphasizing the proposed implementation of a comprehensive dress code to maintain a respectful and orderly school environment.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to all Crossians and organizations who supported this initiative. Your voices, signatures, and advocacy played a crucial role in bringing about this positive change. This achievement demonstrates the power of collective action and our shared commitment to enhancing the student experience.

The CHCCI Supreme Student Council Officers remains dedicated in promoting, defending, and upholding the welfare and interests of the students. We look forward to continuing our work with the school administration to address student concerns and improve our school environment.

Remember, leadership is about more than just holding a title; it's about listening, acting with integrity, and standing for truth.

Before you file your COC, please ensure you meet the following qualifications:

- Maintain a consistently high academic performance and a reputation for academic excellence within the college community.

- Carry a normal academic load as prescribed by the college.

- Have not been found guilty of any disciplinary action within the institution.

- Have at least two or more semesters remaining to enroll in the institution.

𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒: Concepcion Holy Cross College Ranks 3rd in Region III for Outstanding Criminology Licensure Examination Performance!

We are proud to announce that Concepcion Holy Cross College, Inc. has been recognized by the Professional Criminologist Association of the Philippines (PCAP) – Region III for our outstanding performance in the July 2024 Criminologist Licensure Examination!

CHCCI proudly ranks 3rd under Category 4, which includes institutions with 30 to 50 examinees who achieved at least the national passing rate.
