3.) kung ikay nagbabasa ilagay mo muna sa ulo mo ang IONSPEC kung gamit ng de grado o kaya idoble mo ang IONSPEC sa de grado mong salamin pag magbabasa at magsusulat, para tuluy tuloy na marestore ang mga mata mo.
4.) Mas magandang gamitin ang IONSPEC habang nanunuod ng tv/laptap o anumang gadget na meron ka. Kasi nabablock nya ang blue light at radiation na galing sa mga gadgets na nakakasira ng human brain at mga mata natin.
