EVERYONE MUST EXPERIENCE VIPASSANA AT LEAST ONCE ✨

VIPASSANA
10 days of silence.
10 days of meeting myself and my truth beyond the noise.
10 days that have changed my life forever.

At first, I had some resistance, found so many "reasons" not to go since 2023 but only after coming back into the city’s hustle, reconnecting with people, revisiting who I was and witnessing triggers resurface did I fully realize and clearly see how profoundly Vipassana touched and impacted me and my life.

Vipassana isn't just a practice - IT IS A WAY OF LIFE.
It is living a life of Dhamma as we live out our Dharma.

It has touched me so profoundly that I now hear a loud call and deep knowing that I will be walking a path where I am to share Vipassana to every soul I will ever encounter in my life however that unfolds and will look like in the next months or years of my human life and that I will integrate the wisdom into everything I do, how I serve and how I walk this Earthly plane.

There is so much that is continuously flowing within me since I landed and I am still processing as I integrate the lessons I learned about myself and how I wish to move forward on this path unfolding before me.

But what I can share right now is:

✨I feel my mind calmer and clearer
✨My heart is abundantly overflowing with so much love, gratitude and compassion.
✨My soul is at peace with a very deep knowing that I am where I am supposed to be and all is in divine order and timing. As always.

So much more to share but words will never be enough so I would let my energy and my service speak for itself as I continuously walk this path of healing, love, devotion and my Dharma.

Gently, quietly, softly tending to my inner garden.

Witnessing myself as I descend and root deeper.
Healing layers of inherited wounds I no longer have to carry.
Alchemizing old narratives, beliefs and identities.
Laying versions of me who were still in fighting mode to rest.
Trusting the divine plan no matter how challenging.
Loving myself through every uncomfortable phase.

Dying. Birthing. Cracking open. Rewiring. Releasing.
Softening. Learning. Receiving. Living.

Giving myself time to come home and meet myself
over and over again as more and more
of me and my path unravels and unfolds.

A deep pause to sit in silence to rest, to breath, to remember
and to meet whoever I (un)become in the in between.

And to YOU who are HERE on this journey with me.
Thank you for BEING here, for your love, your prayers and support.
I see you. I feel you. I received you.

I am grateful to be on this journey with you.
Excited to meet you yet again in the NOW NOW NOW.
