Job Description: Most of the time you will be answering calls as a Virtual Receptionist - helping with customer needs - answering questions, setting appointments and calling them back for follow up. As back office support, you will make sure that customer's records are organized and up to date.
At the office - we want you to be communicating openly, warm & friendly and of course - having fun!
Requirements:
•at 6 months call center experience.
•a degree or a background from any medical course.
•at least 18 years old and willing to work in Dagupan City.
Skills:
Technical/ Computer Skills
