To Our valued Patients: Please be informed that this shall be strictly observed here at Siapno Heart and Diabetes Clinic Laboratory to Protect you and our staff from Covid-19 infection.

1.) CLINIC APPOINTMENTS ARE ENCOURAGED. Kindly schedule your appointment 1 week before your consultation date. Queries over the phone or online will be answered by our staff. We ask for a little patience if our lines are busy.

2.) If you are unable to show up for an appointment, we advise you to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.

3.) To observe social distancing in the facility, we can only accept 20-25 patients per day.

4.) All patients and caregivers should wear face mask and face shield in the waiting area and in the consultation room. THIS IS A MUST.

5.) Our Triage area will evaluate whether the patients have symptoms of Covid 19 infection. We don't accept symptomatic patients with Covid 19. If you have fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle pain and sore throat please go to the hospital.

6.) WALK IN PATIENTS, please come before 2:00 PM, so we can accommodate you.
