📣 CLINIC ANNOUNCEMENT

This is to inform all students that our School Doctor will be available tomorrow, November 20, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Students with health-related concerns or those who need medical consultation may visit the clinic for check-up.

Furthermore, our School Dentist will be available on Friday, November 21 at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Students who wish to avail of dental consultation or dental check-up services are encouraged to come to the clinic on that day.

Please stay updated for upcoming schedules of our medical doctors and school dentist for the succeeding weeks until the end of the semester (December 2025). Updates will be posted here on our page.

Due to the ongoing natural catastrophes, our classes will continue to be conducted online for the meantime.

For students who may have health-related concerns or inquiries, the CTU Danao Clinic remains open for online consultation. 💬

TO: ALL INCOMING 1ST YEAR STUDENTS

>>> MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

FOR BSHM & BTLED:
1. CBC (recent result)
2. CHEST X-RAY
3. DRUG TEST (within 6 months)
4. STOOL EXAM (recent result)

FOR OTHER COURSES:
1. CBC (recent result)
2. CHEST X-RAY
3. DRUG TEST (within 6 months)
>>Provide the ORIGINAL & PHOTOCOPIES in short bond paper.
(Do not include the X-ray Film)

R E M I N D E R S
1. Ask for a REFERRAL SLIP for your laboratory procedures in the
clinic.
2. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION is done ONLY in the clinic.
3. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE is certified ONLY by our School Physician.
4. For DRUG TESTING, bring any ID. The laboratory will require it.
5. Make sure that the Laboratories are DOH ACCREDITED.

All clinic transactions from July 28 to August 1, 2025 will be held at the Student Activity Center (SAC). Operating hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.
