𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center Dental Health Unit successfully conducted its Dental Consultation and Fluoridization Activity for the residents of Barangay San Fernando, Sto. Domingo, Albay on February 27, 2026.

A total of 53 patients received fluoride treatment as part of the unit’s continuing commitment to promote oral health and preventive dental care in the community.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center (BRHMC) Health Caravan Team successfully conducted a two-day Health Caravan on February 27–28, 2026, at the People’s Center, Capitol, Virac, Catanduanes.

In collaboration with the PHO Catanduanes, the activity provided comprehensive healthcare services to the community. The Provincial Health Office facilitated medical and dental consultations and treatments rendered by the province’s physicians and dental team. Meanwhile, the BRHMC Health Caravan Team focused on performing minor surgical procedures, including the safe removal of masses and cysts.

During the visit, the BRHMC–Bicol Cancer Center, headed by Dr. Renee Myla A. Balang, signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Province of Catanduanes, headed by Hon. Gov. Patrick Alain T. Azanza, for the establishment of a Cancer Care Hub and Support Services in the Province of Catanduanes. This initiative aims to improve access, expand the range of services, reduce costs, and bring cancer care services closer to patients.

This initiative reflects our continued commitment to bringing accessible, quality healthcare services closer to communities beyond our immediate service area—strengthening partnerships and expanding care through the Service Delivery Network.

BRHMC Public Health Unit continues to serve as a gateway for the Service Delivery Network in the Province of Albay and nearby provinces.
