Hi guys! 👋

Sabi daw po ni Doc G, to provide a much better quality of health care services to our patients, we need to be physically healthy! 😁 With that, the 2026 goal is to lose weight! 🙈

So, here I am with my "healthy meal" plan: 😂🤣

Weekdays:
Breakfast & Lunch: 3 eggs, milk & 1 banana
Dinner: Oats

Weekends:
Cheat day! 😝

I started this diet for 2 weeks now together with a simple home exercise every weekday.. I weighed 64 kg last year so I need to check on my latest weight soon if there's any improvement. 😆

So, what do you guys think of that? LOL! I haven't consulted any nutritionist dietician nor a gym instructor for that, I just made it up by myself.

If you want to try it out with me, I advise you to seek out first from a professional especially if you have underlying conditions for your health and safety. 😉
