We also provide you personnel who can assist you while your loved one is hospitalized.
SURECARE provides trained home care aides, at your request, to provide:
• Personal care needs
• Assistance in carrying out prescribed medical regimen
• Health promotion/disease prevention coaching services
Additional skilled nursing services are provided by a registered nurse:
• Skilled nursing assessment upon admission to the service.
• Guidance provided to the home care aides on a periodic basis.
• Client satisfaction surveys.
• Evaluation of care provided by the nursing aides caring for you/your loved one.
