𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 that cases of 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐚-𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐈𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 (𝐈𝐋𝐈), commonly known as 𝐟𝐥𝐮-𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐬, are currently spreading within different areas. This condition refers to a medical diagnosis of possible 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐚 or other 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 that cause symptoms such as 𝐟𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫, 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡, 𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐭, 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬, 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞.

To help prevent further transmission, everyone is strongly advised to 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐤 upon entering the school premises, 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, and 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐲𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐞. Those experiencing 𝐟𝐥𝐮-𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐬 are encouraged to 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫.

To all concerned individuals who have not yet undergone their medical examination — including those originally scheduled on September 22 and September 25 (1:00 PM onwards) — please be informed of the updated schedule:

Wednesday (October 1, 2025)
Thursday (October 2, 2025)

Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Venue: Inside the PNTC Campus

This adjustment has been made to ensure a more consecutive and efficient medical examination process for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation and immediate attention to this update.

Rescheduling of Medical Examination Due to Inclement Weather

This is to inform all concerned students that the medical examination scheduled for tomorrow is cancelled due to inclement weather, and for the safety of everyone.

The rescheduled dates for the medical examination are as follows:

🗓️October 1, 2025 (Wednesday)
Students who were originally scheduled on September 22 (Monday) and September 25 (Thursday) from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM will be prioritized on this date.

🗓️October 2, 2025 (Thursday)
This schedule is for students who:
• Were unable to take their medical examination.
• Were scheduled on September 23 (Tuesday).

All students are advised to be guided accordingly and to arrive on time for a smooth and organized process. Further updates, if any, will be announced on this page.

Please be advised that the medical examinations for 𝑺𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 24, 2025 (𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚) and 𝑺𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 25, 2025 (𝑻𝒉𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚), will proceed as scheduled from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, inside the campus.

Students who were unable to attend their scheduled medical examination last 𝑺𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 22 (𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒚), as well as those were originally scheduled on 𝑺𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 23 (𝑻𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚), may come at their available time on any of the remaining schedule dates. In addition, a time slot will also be allotted on September 26 (Friday) to accommodate those who missed their scheduled medical exam.

Students scheduled for medical examinations from 12:00 PM onwards will be rescheduled to a later date. The updated schedule will be announced accordingly.

In addition, those who were not able to come today may report for their medical examination at any time they are available within the remaining schedule.

To all first year students who were unable to undergo their medical examination during the initial schedule, please be informed that you may still complete your medical examination on the following dates and time.

📍 PNTC School Clinic

This will be your final opportunity to complete the medical examination within the school.

Students who are unable to attend during the above-mentioned dates will be advised to have their medical examination conducted outside the school at their own arrangement and expense. Please ensure to submit the official medical results to the school clinic as soon as possible.
