Ang pagtatalik ay isang paraan upang makapagintroduce ng bacteria mula sa labas papunta sa pantog na nagdudulot ng UTI.

Ang paulit-ulit na UTI ay hindi lang hassle, kung di pwedeng maging sanhi ng kidney disease kapag pinabayaan.

Ilang mga paraan upang makaiwas sa UTI:

✅ Umihi bago at pagkatapos ng s*x. Naifflush out nito ang mga bacteria na maaaring nakapasok during in*******se.

✅ Maghugas ng mga kamay at ari bago at pagkatapos ng s*x. Iwas contamination with cleanliness

✅ Gumamit ng lubrication: nakakabawas ito ng friction at irritation sa daluyan ng ihi na maaaring mauwi sa infection

✅ May mga forms of contraception na nakakaapekto sa good bacteria sa va**na gaya ng mga spermicides. Ang diaphragm naman ay nagpapataas din ng chance ng UTI. Kung prone ka sa UTI, pwedeng kausapin ang inyong doktor for alternative forms of contraception.

Blood discharges after giving birth? Good to know what it is and its actually normal 😉🥰

Pagkatapos ng panganganak, ang likido na lumalabas mula sa iyong puwerta ay hindi ang iyong regla; ito ay lochia at normal na maranasan ito ng bawat babae, maging ito man ay va**nal birth o cesarean section.

Sa loob ng unang ilang araw pagkatapos ng panganganak, ang lochia ay magiging kulay rosas at kalaunan ay magiging malambot na puti o creamy.

Ang likidong ito ay maaaring magtagal ng hanggang 4-6 na linggo matapos ang panganganak sa karamihan ng mga kaso, pagkatapos nito ay maaari kang makakita ng kaunting mga mantsa, ito ay normal.

Ngunit kung 10-14 na araw pagkatapos ng panganganak ay nananatiling p**a ang iyong lochia nang hindi nagiging creamy dilaw o puti, o kung pagkatapos ng ilang linggo ay patuloy pa rin ang paglabas ng likido nang walang palatandaan ng pagtigil, kailangan mong magpatingin sa iyong doktor.

Huwag itong ipagwalang-bahala. 📣📣

Hi guys!!! Yes Midwife ako pero hindi midwife LANG.
YES MAY BAYAD AKO, pero sulit yun, yung first consult mo sagot lahat ng tanong mo, hindi naman kita pinipilit, pero gusto kong subukan mo. 😉

Ako ay para lamang sa mga buntis na handang makinig, ayaw ng trauma, gusto ng smooth at well organized. No sugar coating !! Totoo sa totoo.
Dahil ang pagbubuntis ay pinaghahandaan at pinag lalaanan. Mga alaga ko well informed palagi, handa sa pagiging nanay. Lalaban hanggang dulo. Alam yan lahat ng naalagaan ko.
