To All Referring Doctors, Customers, Clients, and Patients

Purehealth Diagnostic Center Inc. will not be operating today due to significant overnight rainfall, which has resulted in hazardous travel conditions. Consequently, our staff is unable to reach the facility, and the management has made the decision to close the center for everyone's safety.

We apologize for any disruption this may cause to our referring doctors, clients, and patients. Please contact our hotline or visit our website for updates and to reschedule appointments if necessary.

**Announcement: Clinic Closure for Company Outing and Lenten Season**

To our valued Patients, Customers And Clients :

We would like to inform you that our clinic will be closed on the following dates:

- **April 12 and 13, 2025** for our Company Outing.
- **April 14 to 15, 2025**: Open from **6:00 AM to 6:00 PM**.
- **April 16, 2025**: Half-day closure in observance of the Lenten Season (open until **12:00 PM**).
- **April 17 to 19, 2025**: Closed in observance of the Lenten Season.

We will resume our regular operating hours on **April 21, 2025**. Our regular hours are Monday to Saturday from **6:00 AM to 6:00 PM**.
