Twisted knee sa basketball, malamang sprain/strain at magkaroon ng kunting mis alignments sa kanyang joints lang. Naging okay naman kasi after ng bonesetting.

Mga dapat gawin:
- Pain relief meds (paracetamol/ibuprofen)
- Rest, iwasan high-impact activities
- ICE method (Ice, Compression, Elevation)
