Each activity challenged the students to step out of their comfort zones, stay focused under pressure, work as ๐จ๐ง๐ž ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ, and persevere despite fatigue. Through this experience, they gained ๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ๐ฎ๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ that will guide them throughout their ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž ๐ฃ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง๐ž๐ฒ.

During the activity, the cadets toured both the ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ ๐๐ž๐œ๐ค๐ฌ, gaining ๐ก๐š๐ง๐๐ฌ-๐จ๐ง ๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž and a better understanding of ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ ๐š ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ. This exposure allows them to learn ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ฌ that promote ๐ฌ๐š๐Ÿ๐ž๐ญ๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ฒ while on board.

As future seafarers who will work in diverse and international environments, gaining proper health knowledge is essential in promoting personal well-being, professional responsibility, and safety at sea.
