By participating in this effort, we aim to raise awareness and spark essential conversations about preventing violence in homes and public spaces. We stand in solidarity with all survivors and advocate for a safe and nurturing environment for every woman and child in Dasmariñas and beyond. ‼️DOH: Maging mapanuri sa mga gamot at bakuna na binebenta online o ng hindi awtorisadong pasilidad‼️

Dahil sa pagdami ng mga binebentang pekeng gamot at iba pang produktong medikal sa merkado, nagpaalala ang DOH na maging mapanuri at huwag bilhin kung:

❌May mali sa label o spelling at kakaiba ang itsura ng packaging
❌Kulang ang FDA batch/ lot number, manufacturing at expiration date
❌Kakaiba ang itsura ng gamot tulad ng hugis, amoy, o lasa
❌Walang bisa
❌Walang lisensya ang seller o ang pasilidad para magbenta

I-report agad sa FDA kung may mapansing kahina-hinalang gamot o bakuna: ereport@fda.gov.ph o (02) 8809-5596.

‼️PAGSASAYAW NGAYONG HOLIDAY SEASON, NAKAKATULONG MAKABAWAS NG CALORIES!‼️

Ayon sa National Health Promotion & Literacy Longitudinal Study (2024), 1 sa 5 Pilipino lang ang nakakaabot ng 150 minuto ng ehersisyo bawat linggo.

Pero ngayong Disyembre, nagsisimula na ang dance practice para sa Christmas at Year-End Parties, kaya tandaan, ang pagsasayaw ay ehersisyo na rin at nakakabawas ng calories! 💃🕺🎶

🕒 Sa 30 minuto:
👉 Magaan na sayaw — 75–125 calories
👉 Katamtamang sayaw — 150–200 calories
👉 Mabilis o matinding sayaw — 250+ calories

⚠️ Paalala ng DOH: Gumalaw ng 30–60 minuto kada araw, kahit nasa trabaho, paaralan, o bahay.
