Our head veterinarian, Dr. Gerardo Ranieses III, attended an international veterinary conference last October 10–12, 2025, at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center 🐾🙌🏻

Organized by the Taiwan Academy of Veterinary Internal Medicine, together with the Taiwan Society of Feline Medicine and the World Cat Expo, the event focused on Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care Medicine, a crucial field that equips veterinarians to handle life-threatening cases and provide immediate, advanced care when every second counts.

At Petology Emergency Animal Hospital, we believe that true dedication to animal care means never settling, always learning, always improving. Dr. G3's participation in this event reflects our commitment to continuous growth, ensuring that your beloved fur baby receive only the highest standard of emergency and critical care. Because for us, every fur baby’s life is precious and we’ll never stop learning to protect it ❤️💙

From our early Zootopia days up to today, Dr. Hena has been one of the hearts of Petology, a dedicated veterinarian, a kind mentor, and a dear friend whose compassion for every fur baby has inspired us all. 🐾 Her years of service, care, and love have truly shaped who we are as a team.

We want to take this moment to express our sincerest gratitude for all the time and dedication she has given to our hospital and our beloved clients. Her warmth and professionalism have made a lasting mark on our Petology team and the many fur parents she has cared for throughout the years.

As we celebrate her journey, we would also like to inform our valued fur parents that Dr. Hena will only be with Petology until the end of October 2025. While we’ll surely miss her presence, we are beyond proud of her next chapter ahead. She will always be part of the Petology team 💗💚

We understand how stressful trips to the vet can be for both fur parents and their babies, that’s why we’re bringing our Home Service & Patient Transport Service to Dasmariñas, Cavite, and nearby areas!

🕒 Service Hours
Available 24/7
🚑 Patient Transport Dispatch: Until 11:00 PM only, beyond 11:00 PM, the service is limited exclusively to emergency patient transport cases. (Depending on the availability of driver and hospital situation)

🗓️ Monday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Home Service Consultation, Wellness, Lab Sample Collection & Product Delivery)

🗓️ Saturday & Sunday: Exclusive for Emergency Cases only.

🚐 Vehicle Service Rates
•Home Service (Wellness: Vaccination/Deworming, Sample Collection & Product Pasabuy): ₱800 (0–5km)
•Patient Transport & Emergency/Non-emergency Consultation: ₱1,000 (0–5km)
•₱250 per succeeding kilometer beyond 5km

💸 Booking & Payment
•50% down payment of vehicle service required to confirm booking (via Cash, GCash, or Bank Transfer)
•Balance must be paid after the service
•Confirmed bookings only (no walk-ins or unpaid requests)

Cancelation:
-DP Refundable if done 24hrs prior to the schedule
-if less than 12hrs notice, 50% down refundable
