Tisoy arrived with a urethral stone blockage and was later found to have a grade 6 systolic heart murmur/palpable thrill, along with an increased respiratory rate, placing him in a high-risk condition for surgery. With his safety as the top priority, the procedure was postponed to allow stabilization and thorough 2D echocardiographic evaluation 💓

After careful monitoring and improvement, Dr. Roi successfully performed the surgery, and Tisoy is now recovering well and able to urinate normally again 🐶✨

Look! 3 Big Stones Found in One Bladder 😳👀

We often see cases that start with “simpleng hirap umihi”, but sometimes, it’s much more than that. In this surgery, we removed three large bladder stones, each one causing significant discomfort and putting our patient at risk for blockage.
