🌸Calling All Japanese Language Teachers! 🌸

Do you enjoy teaching Japanese and helping students reach their dreams of working or living in Japan?
Kenji Min Japanese Training Center Inc. is looking for a dedicated Japanese Language Sensei to join our growing team.

👩‍🏫 Who we’re looking for:
JLPT N4–N3 passer (N3 is a plus!)
Can explain lessons clearly and confidently
Patient, supportive, and passionate about teaching
Willing to teach on-site (Cavite or Bukidnon)

🌟 What You'll Do:
Teach JLPT N5~N4 level to aspiring Technical Intern Trainees and Engineers bound for Japan
Guide students in grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, and exam preparation
Inspire students to embrace the Japanese culture and language
🎯 Bonus Points if You:
Have experience working in Japan or with Japanese companies
Can handle small to medium-sized classes

“It’s a wrap! Grateful for a meaningful 2-day visit to our partner schools and new prospects.”
Day 1:
Visited CoBSaT to meet the selected students bound for Japan for welding works, conducted an orientation with the Automotive students of Tagoloan Community College, and concluded the day with a meaningful dinner meeting with COBSAT’s school head and staff to strengthen our partnership in providing global opportunities to their graduates.
Day 2:
Explored Four J and E Technical School Inc., Crossroad Training Institute Inc, and City College of Cagayan De Oro City with the support of Ma’am Richel Petalcurin-Dahay from the CDO Education and Development Office. Truly amazed by the city’s strong initiatives for out-of-school youth and underserved young Kagay-anons—providing scholarships and a city college where they can study for free.
Looking forward to be an instrument in helping them uplift their lives by connecting their skills to international opportunities. 🌍✨

It was a great opportunity to be invited by our partner cooperative and consultant in Japan for their quarterly monitoring in Osaka. Through this, we were able to personally meet and greet our former students in their respective jobs. As a Japanese Language Training Center, it was a valuable learning experience to see firsthand their work environment, interaction with Japanese co-workers, and lifestyle in Japan. This helps us better guide our aspiring students in the Philippines by showing that not all situations in Japan are the same, some are fortunate to have a supportive workplace and colleagues, while others may face challenges. We are truly grateful to our partner cooperative and consultant for listening to the concerns of our students and taking action on their behalf. We look forward to seeing their concerns properly addressed, and we are thankful for the invitation. We hope for more visits in the future.

Courtesy call to Mr. Roger Molina, Head of PESO (Public Employment Service Office) Bukidnon, who supported us in putting up Kenjimin Japanese Training Center Inc. in Manolo before the pandemic. We are grateful that he remains positive and willing to support us as we plan to open a branch soon in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. Thank you so much, Sir! we look forward to bringing more opportunities to the constituents of Manolo Fortich and entire Bukidnon.

We had a wonderful time meeting with different high schools and vocational schools for future partnerships in bridging opportunities to Japan through the study of the Japanese language. We are glad to know that all the schools we visited were very positive about the collaboration in fact, they even suggested integrating Japanese language into their curriculum for greater accessibility, giving more students the chance to learn. Looking forward to turning this partnership into reality and opening an additional career path for senior high school and vocational graduates.
