⚠️ Why Undereating Is Slowing Your Weight Loss?

Eating disorders are not just about food.
They are complex conditions that affect a person’s relationship with food, body, and self.

This National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, we pause to learn, unlearn myths, and lead with compassion. Eating disorders can affect people of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds—and recovery is possible with proper support.

Seeking help is a strength. Care often involves a team of health professionals, including registered dietitians, who play a role in restoring nourishment and healing one’s relationship with food.

Awareness is a powerful first step. 🤍

Which Gives More Energy? 🥗🍬

Both sugar and vegetables are carbs — your body’s main fuel. Sugars give quick energy, while vegetables provide carbs with fiber and nutrients that support digestion, immunity, and sustained energy.

Think about sweet drinks sa labas, stress cravings, or emotional snacking.

💡 Tip: Limit added sugars, increase vegetables, and balance your meals for sustainable energy and long-term health.
