Last January 27, 2026, Dasol Community Hospital went into "Safety Mode" for our annual Fire and Earthquake drill. While it might look like a lot of organized chaos, every step from the protocol to our patient evacuation route is a life saved in the making.

We practice from our offices up to the open grounds at the hospital, so we can perform in the actual emergencies.

Thank you so much Dasol Fire Station officers for making this drill possible.

Nais po naming ipaalam sa lahat na ang DASOL COMMUNITY HOSPITAL ay isa ng accredited PhilHealth YAKAP Primary Care Facility.

Bukas po ang rehistrasyon kahit hindi po magpatingin o magpa check-up.

Benepisyong Makukuha sa PhilHealth YAKAP program:

* Libreng Konsultasyon at follow up check-up
* Mga Libreng Laboratoryo
* 75 na klase ng mga libreng gamot

Mga dapat gawin bago pumunta sa YAKAP Clinic:

Step 1.
Kumuha ng Philhealth Number.
(Kung ikaw ay rehistradong Philhealth Member na, gawin ang Step 2.)
Kung hindi pa, magparehistro upang magkaroon ng PIN sa alinman sa mga sumusunod:
a. Online sa pamamagutan ng Philhealth Member Portal https://memberinquiry.philhealth.gov.ph/member/pinApplication.xhtml
b. Sa anumang Philhealth Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO)

Step 2.
Pumili at Magpalista sa YAKAP Clinic sa pamamagitan ng eGovPH App, sa Philhealth Member Portal, sa anumang Philhealth Office, o dito sa DASOL COMMUNITY HOSPITAL.

Mga Kailangan Dalhin:
* National ID o anumang valid ID

Hangarin ng programang ito na matiyak ang maagap, abot kaya at dekalidad na serbisyong pangkalusugan para sa lahat.
