July has been designated as Nutrition Month in the country via Presidential Decree 491 in 1974 to create greater awareness on the importance of nutrition among Filipinos.

Gi-awhag ang mga residente sa Dauin nga mo salmot ug mu donar sa ilang dugo alang sa Voluntary Blood Donation Program karong April 27, 2023 anhi sa atong lungsod sa Dauin Covered Court sa alas 8:00 sa buntag hangtod alaS 2:00 sa hapon. Kini gipangusgan sa atong local na pamunuan (IPHO/LGU) og sa Department of Health - Subnational Blood Center for Visayas.

KINSAY PWEDE MAKADONATE?
• Lake o Baye
• Edad: 16 – 65 anyos
• Ang nag edad 16 ug 17 kinahanglan ug pagtugot sa ginikanan.
• Timbang: 50 kilograms and above
• Pulso: 60-100 ka pitik kada minoto
• Blood Pressure: 90/60 ngadto sa 160/100 mmHg.
• Walay makatakod na sakit.
• For those who have tattoos, ear piercing, acupunctures and other procedures involving needles: Must be done 1 year before the blood donation.
Unsaon ang mga angay nga pagpangandam sa pag donar?
• Katulog nga dili mo minos sa 6 ka oras.
• Dili moinom ug makahubog nga ilimnun 24 oras sa dili pa mag donar.( Do not drink alcoholic drinks 24 hours before you donate blood.)
• Dili mag sigarilyo 4 ka oras sa dili pa mag donar. (Do not smoke within 4 hours before you donate blood.)
• Kaon ug igong gidaghanon, 2 ka oras sa dili pa mag donar. (Eat a healthy meal before your donation.)
• Be in good health!

Ang imuhang dugo mahimong makaluwas ug laing kinabuhi.
Kinsa to ganahan mo donar og dugo palihug palista na kamo sa pinakaduol na barangay health station o pwede mudiretso lang kamo sa venue anang adlawa.

Pahibalo: Ang mga TB patient nga bag-o ra nahuman sa ilang treatment kay after 6 months or 1 year pa pwede magpa xray ug balik.

Activity: FREE CHEST X-RAY
Date: May 24, 2022 (8:30 AM - 2:30 PM)
Venue: Dauin Municipal Covered Court (at back of the Municipal Hall)
No. of target clients: Minimum of 200 pax/day
Target Clients: Vulnerable clients (Drivers, construction worker, senior citizen, exposed with ptb clients, etc.)
Age bracket: 15 years old and above. We allow 14 years old below as long as exposed siya sa Positive TB patient.
