We’re excited to welcome Schariah Frallon as our new Pilates instructor at anahaw. Her class, Strength in Classical Pilates, centers on building controlled, balanced strength through precise and intentional movement.

With a background in physical therapy studies and experience teaching both mat and equipment-based Pilates, Schariah offers a grounded and supportive approach for all levels. Her sessions are designed to help improve movement, build strength, and deepen your connection with your body.

Introducing Daniel Lim Hertwig, Anahaw’s new Sound Healer and Handpan Player, offering Nervous System Relaxation - A Handpan Sound Journey.

This is a gentle handpan sound journey designed to calm and regulate the nervous system. Slow, spacious rhythms support deep relaxation and a sense of safety in the body. There is nothing you need to do simply lie down, listen, and rest.

Daniel, is German Filipino and discovered the handpan in 2024, immediately touched by its grounding and calming sound. His sessions support stress release, inner stillness, and nervous system balance by allowing the body to soften and slow down.
If your body needs rest more than effort, this space is for you.
