POV: When you're a doctor about to speak at an OB/GYN conference, and your heart rate hits 120 bpm like you're in a marathon.

Shoutout to my smartwatch for tracking every panic beat—too bad it didn't offer a 'calm down' button. But hey, I survived with only minor glitches and a few laughs. Huge thanks to BWC for the invites and believing in me—your confidence really *raised* my heart rate!

The kids I see every day are way more interested in my silly jokes and little surprises than my PROJEK POSES in fb.
