Patient is 47yo, Male. It's his first time to visit a dentist and to undergo Oral Prophylaxis. As you can see there were heavy calcular deposits (also knows as dental tartar) on the teeth. It is strongly advise to visit your dentist every 6 months for teeth cleaning to prevent build-up of tartar.
