Step-by-Step Guide on How to Process and Comply Requirements for DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE.

This guide is for Company in Davao City only.

Here are the Steps:

1.Book a "Drug-Free Workplace" Training in the ff schools
a. Ateneo
b. Um Matina
c. USEP

2.Attend the said training. On the training, You will be required with:
a.Company Drug Free workplace policy
b.3-year plan

Send at least Five employees (HR, Company Nurse, Safety Officer, Representative from Union and one from other positions)

After the training, you'll wait for few days for the certificate.

3. Obtain Certificate of training

4. Schedule for Random Drug Testing
*Pdea requires 20% of total employees needed to undergo Random Drug Testing
a. Submit request letter to Drug-Testing Provider
b.Submit request letter to PDEA

5.On the Random Testing Day
a. Create a draft certificate of appearance and write the names of PDEA Agents who attended and supervised the conduct of Drug Testing.
b.Document the whole Process

6. Obtain Results from provider

7. After 10 days, Obtain the Certificate from PDEA

8. Submit these requirements to CADAC office (Almendras Gym)
a. Certificate of Training (drug free workplace)
b. Drug test Certificate from PDEA
c. Approved 3-Year Plan
d. Company Drug Free workplace Policy

9.Obtain a cert of completion plus sticker from CADAC.

10. Your company is ready for Renewal of business

***Note**
*do not conduct Random drug testing without training.. PDEA WILL not honor the results
*if possible, Draft a Drug free workplace policy signed by the owner before attending the training.
