Position: DIALYSIS RE-USE TECHNICIAN

Basic Requirements:
✅At least High School graduate
✅Training certification in Dialyzer Reuse and Reprocessing from a DOH-accredited dialysis training institution
✅Preferably with at least 1 year experience in a DOH-accredited dialysis facility

Attach the following to your application:
1️⃣ Cover Letter addressed to HR Head
2️⃣ Resume with recent 2x2 photos
3️⃣ Copy of Diploma
4️⃣ Copy of Transcript of Records
5️⃣ Copy of License and Board Certification (for licensed professionals)
