Drink 2-3 bottles of TUBOD™ Fresh daily for at least 1week. Best to consume it on an empty stomach.

Recommended schedule of Tubod intake:
Half of bottle upon waking up
Half of bottle before noon
Half of bottle mid afternoon
Half of bottle at night

NOTE: For better results drink more than the minimum requirement of 2 bottles; if possible consume 3-4 bottles.

Drink Tubod™ Fresh following these guidelines:
❖ Consume 1 hour before meal and 1 hour after

HOW to USE:

💧TUBOD CARE & mask

1. Soak the compressed mask in 10-12ml of Tubod Care; about 1 teaspoon.
2. Unfold mask completely and lay it on face making sure to match up the eye, nose and mouth holes.
3. Leave on face on for 10-15 minutes to allow absorption of the liquid
4. Peel off mask and use it to gently scrub face with upward strokes
5. Spray with Tubod Mist. Air dry.
For best results, do this twice a week.
