Depression, anxiety, self-harm, teen su***de, poor study habits, gaming addiction, low self-esteem, peer pressure, bullying, social exclusion, and many more are just some of the challenges that our children face today.

As parents, how can we help our kids cope with the stressors and help them navigate today’s ever-changing situation?

The Davao Christian High School Parents-Teachers Fellowship invites you to a parenting talk entitled “HELP (HEED EMOTIONS, LOVE PERFECTLY) – FAMILY MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS: EMERGING ISSUES TODAY” on January 18, 2023 (Saturday), 1:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m. at the Davao Christian High School V. Mapa Campus Auditorium.

Our speaker, DR. MARIA TERESA GUSTILLO-VILLASOR, is a clinical psychologist specializing in child and adolescent psychology, family ministries, and pastoral counseling. She took her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology and Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University.

In addition, she did further studies/training in Clinical Child and Hospital Psychology at St. John’s Hospital, Los Angeles, California, and women’s psychosocial issues at New School of Social Research, New York. Presently, her clinic is located at the Makati Medical Center.
This talk is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and ADMISSION IS FREE.
