Benefits of massage

De-stress in 2 min

If you can give 8 hours each day to your boss, you need to find the time to give yourself 2 minutes each day to de-stress and start over.

Sit in a proper chair with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. Your hands and arms should be in a relaxed position (resting on your lap is fine).

- Take a deep breath in.
Exhale slowly, you should consciously relax your scalp, your eyes, cheeks, jaws and mouth, ears
and neck.
- Take a deep breath in.
Exhale slowly, consciously relax your shoulders, arms, hands and fingers,
- Take a deep breath in.
Exhale slowly, consciously relax your chest, stomach area, hips and groin, buttocks and thighs
- Take a deep breath in.
Exhale slowly, consciously relax your knees, legs, feet and toes

Repeat 1x

This technique is especially good for those of you who are mentally and/or emotionally stressed out. If you notice your shoulders are particularly tight or you suffer from a tightness in and around your neck, then this is really good for you.

This is a highly effective relaxation technique that you can do at anytime and as many times as you feel you need to. Please don’t take this lightly... It works

When you learn to feel each muscle being relaxed, you can then learn how to do it while standing or even while engaged in conversation with someone.

I also believe, when done regularly this technique can extend your life.
