Position Summary:
1. The Senior Staff Assistant in the Finance and Accounting Department provides critical support to the Finance and Accounting Supervisor/ Manager and team.
2. This role is responsible for assisting in financial reporting processes, and supporting the integration of the Hospital Information System (HIS) into the new accounting system.
3. The position also plays an essential part in the preparation of the monthly bank reconciliation and other accounts to be reconciled and managing VAT output/input balances.
4. Assist in checking the accuracy of the accounting documents and reports.
