We are pleased to announce that, at present, we have a vacant triple occupancy room (good for 3 persons). We are also expecting that by the first week of August, a double-occupancy room (good for 2 persons) will also be available. The triple occupancy room is ready for viewing anytime. Just text us if you are interested.

Per recommendation of the Bureau of Fire Protection-Davao City Fire District Office, C. B. Bangoy Fire Station, a FIRE DRILL, was held at AVENZO PLACE on 16 May 2018. Thank you once again to FO3 Tereso B. Oyson, Jr. for his untiring attention to our request. In addition to the usual briefing, there was also a an evacuation drill to familiarize the residents on the safest way to leave the building once they hear the sound coming from the automatic alarm system.

We are fully occupied at present. However, we are expecting a double/triple occupancy room to be available by mid-March.

The concreting of Inigo Extension, the road fronting Avenzo Place is done. The City Government's next project is drainage improvement which will soon be done.

To all our residents:

We are very sorry for the absence of internet connection today. We went to PLDT at 6:20 PM thinking that we will be able to raise our concern but the office was closed. Note that PLDT Davao's site state that their office hours are extended (7:30 AM to 7:30 PM) from Monday to Friday. I presume today being a holiday has something to do with it.

PLDT will open at 8:30 AM tomorrow and we assure you that we will be there at 8:30 or maybe earlier.

Our deepest apologies.

Avenzo Place has a vacancy for 3- person occupancy (preferably ladies) by first week of January 2018. The next vacancy will be in April 2018 yet.
