Alam mo ba na puwede mong gamitin ang iyong kamay para sukatin ang tamang dami ng pagkain?

✔️ Daliri → 1 kutsarita (butter o spread)

✔️ Hinlalaki → 1 kutsara (peanut butter o dressing)

✔️ Kamao → 1 tasa (kanin o ice cream)

✔️ Palad → 3 oz na karne (tamang serving ng ulam)

Simple, praktikal, at laging kasama mo!
