Meet Essa, a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher based in Davao City, Philippines, with over 6 years of experience. Graduating from Ashtanga Vinyasa in Rishikesh, India, the yoga capital of the world, Essa brings a wealth of traditional knowledge and expertise to her classes. With certifications in prenatal yoga, chair yoga for seniors, and kids yoga, Essa offers a diverse range of classes both online and in-person, catering to individuals and groups. Despite facing challenges growing up in poverty, Essa's journey led her to discover yoga, where she found her true calling. Her holistic approach to teaching incorporates mindfulness, breathwork, and alignment-based yoga, fostering physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Committed to sharing the transformative power of yoga, Essa empowers her students to live their best lives on and off the mat.
