Pagasa advises public to stay indoors and hydrated as heat index reached to 38°C on 12 noon and 41°C as of 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, 2023.

Heat cramps and heat exhaustion are possible with prolonged exposure to sun and/or activity.

The weather bureau defines heat index as a measure of how hot it really feels outside, when humidity and other factors are considered along with the temperature.
