Congratulations to our SpectrUM members for securing 2nd Runner-Up among participating law schools nationwide at the National Intellectual Property Law Debates held on November 17, 2025 at Taguig City.

In their first team up and first appearance on the national debate stage, Arjoe Marie Cabudlan (Necessity Speaker), Johnrey Rollo (Beneficiality Speaker), Jaspher Jade Baliscao (Practicability Speaker), with Janica Gierran (Resident Researcher) showcased their excellence and UM spirit.

Big thanks to our Dean Antonio Arellano, Assistant Dean Ahmedsiddique Dalam, Sir Alex Manocdoc, and to all our coaches, alumni, and moderators, Atty. Denise Christine Lim and Atty. Amir Ibrahim, for their never-ending support.

UM Representatives Dominated the Preliminary Round and Secured a Spot in the Top 4 for the Semifinals this Coming November 17 in Manila!

After rounds of heated and unpredictable debates among different law schools nationwide, the University of Mindanao representatives, SpectrUM members, rose to the challenge, showcasing their debate skills.

In their first team-up, debaters Arjoe Marie Cabudlan, Johnrey Rollo, and Jaspher Jade Baliscao displayed remarkable teamwork and debate excellence — bringing the Spectrum and the University of Mindanao College of Law back on track and into the national spotlight once again.

Big thanks to Dean Antonio Arellano, Assistant Dean Ahmedsiddique Dalam, Sir Alex Manocdoc, and to all our coaches and moderators, Atty. Denise Christine Lim and Atty. Amir Ibrahim, for their never-ending support.
