My make today happen (MTH) Story

When my husband recently died due to cardiac arrest in an instant at age 49, I made a vow to courageously advocate and commit to health and wellness. That day changed my life forever.

After that event that struck my life, I told myself that If I could touch more people around me to be more mindful of their health and their lifestyle choices, I would do it now not later.
