Light to moderate rains are being experienced in some areas of Calinan and Tugbok Districts, while light rains are being experienced in some areas of Poblacion, Talomo, Toril, Agdao, Buhangin, Bunawan, and Paquibato Districts.

Other areas of Davao City are experiencing cloudy weather conditions with scattered rain (mostly drizzling).

All river channels are monitored at 𝐂𝐎𝐃𝐄 𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐍 (𝘚𝘢𝘧𝘦 𝘓𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭).

Due to the prevailing weather disturbance brought about by Interpropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and Low Pressure Area (LPA).

All BDRRMCs with identified landslide-prone areas are advised to pre-positioned resources, closely monitor their areas of responsibility (AOR), and provide feedback to CDRRMO-OPCEN Apo Base for any changes in the situation.

Meanwhile, the PUBLIC is reminded to be vigilant and address the situation accordingly.

𝐇𝐘𝐃𝐑𝐀 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 | 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲

Last 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, the 𝗛𝗬𝗗𝗥𝗔 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 conducted a 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 to strengthen the members’ skills and readiness in providing first aid care. The session focused on proper techniques, types of bandages, and their correct application in different situations.

This activity aimed to ensure that every member remains confident and efficient in handling real-life emergencies where first aid response is needed. Continuous learning is one of the team’s priorities — because every skill mastered can help save a life.

𝐇𝐘𝐃𝐑𝐀 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 | 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞

Tonight, 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, amid heavy rainfall within our Area of Responsibility (AOR), The 𝗛𝗬𝗗𝗥𝗔 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 immediately responded to a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 in 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘄𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗔𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮. Our responders worked on clearing canal blockages to help the floodwater subside and ensure smoother water flow in the area.

In addition to flood clearing, the team also monitored the 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 to assess water levels and determine the possible need for evacuation should the situation worsen.
