[GOOD NEWS!] | BFP 11, with its Regional Director, FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, proudly congratulates SFO2 Donn Canlas Anloague, Deputy DCFD-SRF/Chief Operations of the Davao City Fire District–Special Rescue Force (SRF), for being named among the Top 20 Finalists in the 2025 Ten Outstanding Firefighters of the Philippines (TOFF), organized by the BFP in partnership with SM Prime Holdings.

Recognized as one of the Top 10 Non-Commissioned Officer finalists, SFO2 Anloague has exemplified professional excellence, courage, and dedication in the line of duty. A highly skilled rescuer and dedicated public servant, SFO2 Anloague has been actively involved in numerous rescue operations during calamities and disasters not only across the Davao Region but also in other parts of the country. He has likewise participated in various specialized training programs both locally and internationally, enhancing his expertise in emergency response and rescue operations.

The final interview for the Top 20 finalists is set on November 17, 2025, with the TOFF 2025 Awarding Ceremony scheduled on December 4, 2025.
