The Davao Doctors Hospital General Surgery Department Service Case Charity Program was inaugurated to provide affordable surgeries for patients who are financially challenged. Available procedures:
Appendectomy, Hernia Repair, Breast Mass Excision, Colorectal & GI Tumor Surgeries, Colostomy/Gastrostomy, Hemorrhoidectomy, A**l Fistula/Abscess, Soft Tissue Tumors, and more!

2. Fill out the application form & prepare your PhilHealth

‼️CALLING ALL APPLICANTS FOR THE DAVAO DOCTORS HOSPITAL DEPARTMENT OF SURGERY SERVICE CASE PROGRAM‼️

To avail of this program, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us – Reach out via the number posted or message our official page to book an appointment.
2. Interview – Visit the Emergency Room on your scheduled date and undergo an interview with the surgery resident in charge.
3. Form Submission – Fill out the service case form and submit it to the Social Service Department.
4. Requirements & Approval – Complete the required documents and wait for our call regarding the status of your application.

HOW DO YOU APPLY FOR SERVICE CASE
1. Visit us at the Davao Doctors Hospital Emergency Room
2. Look for the Surgery Resident in-charge and fill up the service case form given to you
3. Be interviewed by the social worker, comply with the requirements, and wait for an approval.

-Thyroid Tumor or Goiter

This is the page of the Davao Doctors Hospital General Surgery Department Service Case Charity Program. We aim to provide affordable surgeries for patients who are financially challenged.
