Breast Cancer is one of the most common cancers among Filipino women. A Clinical Breast Exam is a quick check done by a trained health professional to feel for any lumps or changes. Early detection is key to successful recovery!

Ang VIA ay isang simple at mabilis na paraan upang makita kung may early signs ng Cervical Cancer. Cervical cancer is highly preventable with early detection and appropriate treatment.
VIA involves applying a mild solution (acetic acid) to the cervix for a minute. It helps highlight any abnormal changes that may need follow-up. It's a non-invasive, low-cost screening method highly recommended in resource-limited settings like ours.

Last 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱, the RHU Dingras joined the celebration of 🫧𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 🫧 by visiting various schools in the municipality!✨

The team taught the young learners the proper steps in handwashing and toothbrushing, promoting good hygiene and healthy habits at an early age. 🪥🧼

Let’s continue to make clean hands and bright smiles part of our daily routine. Small habits make a big difference — stay healthy everyone!🥰

𝗣𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗔𝗠𝗠𝗢 | There will be 𝙣𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 provided at the RHU 𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙬, October 15.

In accordance with National Handwashing Day, the RHU faculty and medical staff will be visiting various schools to teach proper handwashing and toothbrushing to our students. This initiative is important to promote good health and proper hygiene among our youth.

Thus, if you are planning to visit the RHU tomorrow, please adjust your schedule. 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟲.
