SYNOPSIS: Southwest monsoon affecting the western section of Southern Luzon.

FORECAST: Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON and the provinces of Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Northern Palawan. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest to southeast will prevail over Palawan and Western Visayas and coming from the south to southeast over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.

PAGTAYA: maulap na kalangitan na may mahina hanggang sa katamtamang mga pag-ulan at pagkidlat-pagkulog ang mararanasan sa rehiyon ng Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Gitnang Luzon, CALABARZON at mga lalawigan ng Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon at Hilagang Palawan. Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may pulu-pulong mga pag-ulan o pagkidlat-pagkulog ang iiral sa Kamaynilaan at sa nalalabing bahagi ng bansa.

Mahina hanggang sa katamtamang hangin mula sa timog-kanluran hanggang sa timog-silangan ang iiral sa Palawan at Kanlurang Kabisayaan at mula naman sa timog hanggang sa timog-silangan sa nalalabing bahagi ng bansa. Ang mga baybaying dagat sa buong kapuluan ay magiging banayad hanggang sa katamtaman ang pag-alon.
