Ipinagdiriwang tuwing ikalawang linggo ng Marso ang Philippine Digestive Health Week upang bigyang-diin ang kahalagahan ng maayos na panunaw sa ating pangkalahatang kalusugan.

Ang pagpili sa masustansyang pagkain at pag-iwas sa mga pagkaing matataba at mamantika ay malaking tulong upang mapanatiling masigla ang ating digestive system. Sa pamamagitan ng pagsunod sa Pinggang Pinoy na mayaman sa fiber at pag-inom ng sapat na tubig ay maiiwasan natin ang mga karaniwang sakit sa tiyan gaya ng constipation.

Ugaliing kumain nang tama at kumonsulta agad sa doktor kung makaranas ng mga sintomas gaya ng pagsusuka, heartburn, o pananakit ng tiyan para sa iyong kapakanan.

Ang malusog na digestive system ay pundasyon ng isang malakas at masiglang pangangatawan.

Registration is now open and slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

📌 Registration Process:
1️⃣ Complete the online registration form.

2️⃣ A confirmation email will be sent on March 27–31, 2026.

Beat the Heat!

𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀!☀️

Ayon sa PAGASA, maaaring umabot sa 40°C ang heat index ngayong araw sa ilang bahagi ng Negros Island Region.

Upang maiwasan ang mga heat-related illnesses tulad ng heat exhaustion at heat stroke, sundin ang mga sumusunod:

✔️ Iwasan ang matagal na pagbibilad sa ilalim ng araw, lalo na mula 10 AM–4 PM
✔️ Uminom ng maraming tubig
✔️ Magdala ng payong, sombrero, o anumang panangga sa matinding sikat ng araw
✔️ Magsuot ng magagaan, maluluwag, at preskong damit

Mag-ingat lalo na ang mga bata, matatanda, buntis, at may iniindang karamdaman.
Manatiling hydrated at ligtas ngayong tag-init!
