NEW/FIRST TIME APPLICANTS
SPES BABIES (Previous SPES beneficiaries)

Please bring complete documentary requirements
1. APPLICATION LETTER addressed to the Hon. Neil M. Magaway, Municipal Mayor
2. CERTIFICATE OF INDIGENCY FROM BARANGAY (indicating the parents'(mother and father) and or Guardians' occupation and monthly salary income.

QUALIFICATION:
1. Must belong to a low income family whose parents'/guardians' joint income do not exceed the regional poverty threshold
2. Must be of Good Moral Character
3. Must have garnered an average passing grade during the last school term attended
4. Must be a resident of Dupax del Sur
5. Must be physically and mentally fit
6. Must be 15 but not more than 30 years of age
7. Currently enrolled and or plans to enroll for the next school semester immediately after the SPES employment
8. Not a scholar of the LGU or any government institution
