Inspired by the Filipino essence of Bayan as a gathering space, here, we come together to nurture both individual well-being & collective harmony.

You can find our first yoga studio in Amboy Street, Barangay Masagana, El Nido town. We look forward to sharing with you our space soon.

Ang aming naging inspirasyon ay ang kahulugan ng “Bayan” para sa bawat Pilipino— isang pook ng pagtitipon kung saan tayo nagkakasama. Dito, tayo ay magsasama-sama para sa ikakabuti ng bawat indibidwal at ang kolektibo. Ang aming unang yoga studio ay matatagpuan sa Amboy Street, Barangay Masagana, Bayan ng El Nido. Ikinagagalak namin na maibahagi sa lahat ang aming espasyo.

Studio Update ✨

While we’ve loved being at our space here in Amboy Street away from the busy El Nido town streets, we unfortunately needed to vacate as we encountered challenges with the new lease terms. Just like yoga teaches us, we practice non attachment and accept things as they are with gratitude for the journey.

While we are looking for a new space, we’re temporarily holding classes soon at the Taraw Roofdeck of our gracious partners .elnido and will continue with our pop up classes and events around El Nido! We’ll update soon on the developments.

Salamat, thank you, to all locals and tourists who supported our boutique studio and we look forward to continue practicing with all of you!

PAGHINAY: Sunset yoga and sound bath every Wednesday from 5:00-6:00PM at .elnido

This is a grounding experience that blends 30 minutes of gentle yoga with 30 mins of a sensory sound bath experience. This class invites you to slow down and soften — on the mat and within.

Sound bath uses frequency-based instruments and resonant vibrations to support relaxation and inner balance. Gentle yoga will help you release tension through deep stretches and while we flow through a round of moon salutations.
