Promoting mental health awareness among hospital staff is essential to ensure that they remain healthy, resilient, and capable of providing the best care for patients.

Objectives
1. To promote awareness about the importance of mental health and emotional well-being.
2. To encourage staff to seek help and support when feeling overwhelmed.
3. To reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues in the workplace.
4. To foster a supportive and compassionate work environment.
