21 y/o female, history of right upper quadrant pain for months and bloatedness developed yellowish discoloration of the sclerae and tea colored urine. Sge wad brought to NEMC for consult and ultrasound wass done revealing Cholelithiasis with Choledocholithiasis. She was then scheduled for Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-Pancreatography however procedure was aborted because of difficulty of canulation of the ampulla. She was then scheduled for Cholecystectomy with common bile duct exploration.
Completion choledochoscopy done.

47 y/o male, came in with history of jaundice. Workups revealed multiple common bile duct stones and cholelithiasis. ERCP done with extraction of distal common bile duct stones however ipacted stones cannot be removed proximally upto the intrahepatic ducts, stenting done. Proceeded with Laparoscopic cholecystectomy with common bile duct exploration.

53 Female, chief complaint of hematochezia, underwent colonoscopy. Findings revealed wide-based polyp at 15 cm level. Multiple biopsies revealed villous adenoma of the sigmoid subsequently underwent laparoscopic low anterior resection. Patient had an unremarkable post operative hospital stay and was discharged on her 5th hospital day recovered.

R.B. 23 year old female, came in because of jaundice. Ultrasound revealed Cholelithiasis. Intraop findings dilated common duct with mild cholecystitis. IOC revealed distal common duct filling defect. Choledocotomy with choledocoscopy retrieval of stones done. Completion choledocoscopy revealed patent ampulla. T tube inserted with unremarkable post op care.
