As today's Kendrick shares, volunteering is about so much more than charity, it's about engaging with the community and taking the lessons you've learned with you through life.

β€œVolunteering with FIMRC allowed me the opportunity to partake in an interactive and impactful way of volunteering. I really enjoyed every minute of my trip because it's such a wholesome experience that teaches you things you couldn't get anywhere else. I've learned how to be more open to new experiences and perspectives. This trip with FIMRC really gave me things I will never forget, which I want to use to improve my community back home. I miss spending every day with the volunteers and health workers and I am so grateful for all they have taught me.”
