NATIVE KUTSINTA / PANGNEGOSYO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: YEILD 10"inch round pan
- 1 cup+ 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 2 cups Glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup sugar (add 1/4 kung matabang sayo)
- 4 tsp Lye water
- 2 cups Water
- Anato seeds for coloring
- toppings fresh niyog.
- 1 - 2 sachet milk, ito yong twist na magbibigay linamnam sa ating native Kutsint

STEAMING: High fire for big steamer 30-35 minutes, toothpick test ka kung luto na.
Tips: Lagyan mo na ng niyog kung ededeliver na.
