We would like to inform the public that an unidentified individual has been using the name of our clinic and the doctor is not affiliated in any of our branches and and they create fake medical certificates without authorization.

Please be advised that STARCARE only issues medical certificates after a proper consultation with our licensed physician. Any certificate obtained outside the clinic or without an actual consultation is not valid and did not come from our clinic.

If you receive or encounter a medical certificate claiming to be from our clinic that was not issued through our official process, please verify it directly with us.

We are currently looking into this matter and will take the necessary steps to protect the integrity of our clinic.
